BUYING OUR WINES
How can I buy Restivo Family Cellars wines?
You can purchase our wines online for pickup at our warehouse or for shipment directly to you. We'll also sell wine at farmer's markets and other events in our area from time to time. You can find out about these events through our news page.

How do I pick up my wine from the warehouse?
After completing your order online, we'll send you a confirmation email to schedule your pickup. Pickup windows will generally be on weekday evenings and on the weekends.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes! Orders of 6 or more bottles are discounted 5% off the full sales price, and orders of 12 or more are discounted 10%. Wine club member pricing already includes discounts, so does not receive these quantity discounts.
What additional fees apply?
Sales tax will be applied to every order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For online orders, we accept credit cards or debit cards. For in-person orders, we accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
What if I want to serve your wine at a large event like a wedding?
Please email andy@restivofamilycellars.com to discuss large orders for your next event.
Are there limits to how much wine I can buy online?
Yes, per Texas state law, we can ship a maximum of 45 bottles to a single individual in a 30 day period, and a maximum of 180 bottles over a 1 year period. This only applies to shipped wine, and not online sales that are picked up at the winery.
SHIPPING POLICIES & FAQs
Where do you ship?
We ship wine to most US states and the District of Columbia. We do NOT ship wine to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, or Virginia.
If you are purchasing wine to be shipped outside of Texas, please click here!

Is there a minimum order for shipping?
Yes, there is a minimum order of 2 bottles if shipping within Texas, or 3 bottles if shipping outside of Texas.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping charges if shipping within Texas are a flat rate of $25. Shipping charges if shipping outside of Texas are charged at cost based on the UPS quoted rate for that shipment.

Do you make local deliveries?
At this time, any online wine orders not picked up at the winery have to be shipped via FedEx or UPS. If you are making a large order in the local area, please contact andy@restivofamilycellars.com to discuss delivery options. We are looking into the possibility of offering local deliveries in the future, which would drastically cut down on shipping costs.
How often do you ship wine?
Wine ships out once per week. When you put in an online order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the estimated shipping date. If you need expedited shipping, please contact andy@restivofamilycellars.com to discuss options.
What if I am not home to receive my shipment of wine?
State law requires an adult over 21 years of age to sign to receive the shipment. In the event you are not home, FedEx or UPS will attempt up to 2 redeliveries. In the event that redelivery is unsuccessful, the wine will be returned to Restivo Family Cellars. We can hold the wine for you at the winery, or refund your money, minus shipping costs.
Can I ship my wine to a FedEx or UPS store close to my location for pickup?
Typically, UPS allows you to ship your wine to a local UPS location for you to pickup. This can be arranged directly through UPS online or over the phone when you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking. Please note that not all UPS locations can receive wine for pickup.
What is your return policy?
If your shipment of wine arrives damaged, please contact andy@restivofamilycellars.com so we can work with our shipper to get your wine replaced. Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns of shipped wine for reasons other than shipping damage.

We believe strongly in giving back to our community. Please contact andy@restivofamilycellars.com to discuss your sponsorship needs.
Do you have a tasting room we can visit?
We are in the process of designing and constructing our tasting room, and hope to open to the public in 2024. Stay tuned to our News section for updates.
Where is your wine made?
We have partnered with a talented winemaker in Burnet, Texas to produce most of our wines. We also produce micro-batches of wine in Hockley, Texas. Occassionally, we may also partner with winemakers in other parts of our great state to bring you unique wines.
Are all of your wines made from grapes grown in your vineyard?
While we do produce high-quality wines made from our own grapes, we partner with highly-skilled farmers in other regions of the state to supply grapes for most of our wines. Our region and acreage will not support all of our needs.
