Our Wines
MALVASIA BIANCA
This white wine was produced using 100% Malvasia Bianca grapes grown at Nogalero Estate Vineyard in the Texas High Plains at an elevation of 3,275 feet. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel in order to preserve its bright freshness. An ancient variety originally hailing from the Mediterranean, Malvasia Bianca is known for exhibiting flavors and aromas of peach, pear, and apricot. Click here for our Wine Technical Data.
CUVÉE BLANC
This white wine is made from a blend of 40% Viognier, 30% Marsanne, and 30% Roussanne grapes, all grown above 3,200 feet elevation in the Texas High Plains. After fermentation, the wine was aged in acacia and oak barrels for six months in order to give this wine an elegant richness. Our Cuvée Blanc exhibits notes of tangerine, mango, and honeysuckle. MISCELA
Our Miscela wine expertly blends French and Italian heritage to produce a lightly sweet, refreshing white wine. The wine is made from 65% Viognier grapes and 35% Malvasia Bianca grapes, all grown in the High Plains of Texas. Viognier lends floral aromas and flavors of tropical fruits to the blend, while Malvasia Bianca brings honeysuckle aromas and peach and pear flavors to the mix. ROSÉ OF MOURVÈDRE
This rosé wine is produced from 100% Mourvèdre grapes grown by the Nogalero Estate Vineyard in the High Plains of Texas. The wine is bursting with flavors and aromas of strawberry, watermelon, peach, and stone fruit. This rosé has an intense depth, but is also light and refreshing, perfect for an outdoor picnic. DOLCETTO
This red wine is made using 100% Dolcetto grapes grown at One Way Vineyard in the Texas High Plains at an elevation of 3,140 feet. After fermentation, the wine was given an extended aging in French and American oak barrels. Dolcetto tends to exhibit notes of blackberry, plum, black pepper, and cocoa, while the extended oak aging lends rich vanilla and spice notes to the wine. Click here for our Wine Technical Data.
SANGIOVESE
The Sangiovese grape is the most widely-planted grape in Italy, and has found its second home in the Lone Star State. This wine is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown by Lahey Vineyards in the Texas High Plains. It was aged in 70% European Oak and 30% American Oak barrels. The wine is light to medium in body, and tends to exhibit flavors and aromas of cherry, tea, leather, spice, and vanilla. Click here for our Wine Technical Data.​
PRIMITIVO
This wine is made from 100% Primitivo grapes grown by Lahey Vineyards in the Texas High Plains. Primitivo, also known as Zinfandel in other regions, is a powerful grape that produces deep, dark, bold wines. This wine is no exception.
