At Restivo Family Cellars, our commitment is to provide our community with delicious wines made from the best grapes that Texas has to offer. This white wine is made from a blend of 40% Viognier, 30% Marsanne, and 30% Roussanne grapes, all grown above 3,200 feet elevation in the Texas High Plains. After fermentation, the wine was aged in acacia and oak barrels for six months in order to give this wine an elegant richness. Our Cuvée Blanc exhibits notes of tangerine, mango, and honeysuckle.
