At Restivo Family Cellars, our commitment is to provide our community with delicious wines made from the best grapes that Texas has to offer. This red wine is made using 100% Dolcetto grapes grown at One Way Vineyard in the Texas High Plains at an elevation of 3,140 feet. After fermentation, the wine was given an extended aging in French and American oak barrels. Dolcetto tends to exhibit notes of blackberry, plum, black pepper, and cocoa, while the extended oak aging lends rich vanilla and spice notes to the wine.
